Our training, experience, and knowledge, combined with GAF, the world's largest manufacturer of roofing products, we stand ready to meet all of your roofing needs.

As many know and some do not, Mike’s Roofing & Construction Services is a family-owned and operated business founded in 1996 by Mike Cullop. Nick Cullop, Mike’s younger brother joined him in 2003 and they have worked alongside each other ever since, tackling everything thrown at them. Mike and Nick have put in long hours, hard work, and determination to keep this family business running over the past 28 years. As Mike’s Roofing & Construction services grew, so did their families, knowing there would come a day when the business would need new assets. Mike and Nick continued to expand this company and needed more manpower. With the demand still steadily growing, Tricia joined forces in 2013 and became the voice of the phone. Then in 2018 Mike’s son Hoss joined them and worked his way up to a stellar crew lead. The latest family member to join the Mike's Roofing crew, is Mike’s daughter, Hailey, in 2022. Not all of Mike's roofing employees have been related, but they have become more like family, with one being with Mike's Roofing for 15 years, who has recently retired. As the foundation of this business is strong, and powered by a determined family, Mike’s Roofing & Construction Services will keep providing the best of the best in Licking County and surrounding areas.

Over the past 28 years, Mike’s Roofing has provided over 10,000 families with our services. We take pride in knowing that our work is done with complete craftsmanship, by highly trained and skilled individuals. Mike’s Roofing & Construction Services invests in their employees by providing extensive training through GAF and completing the Pro Field Guide test with a passing score. Employees are also educated in Owen’s Corning products and procedures. Continuing their education, regarding the newest techniques, and supplies. Not forgetting the infield experience, which is taught by Mike and Nick themselves.
